Copy data from SQL2005Express table to SQL2005Standard

I have a SQL server that has SQL2005 Express and I just installed SQL2005 Standard on the same server.
The SQL2005 Express instance is call localserver\SQLEXPRESS and the new instance is called localserver\Onion.

The database structure is the same but not exact, I have some fields in the Express version that I don't want to copy to the new instance but want to copy all of the data (except those fields) from SQLEXPRESS to ONION. I have multiple tables.
Once I copy and verify the data I will uninstall the SQLEXPRESS instance.

Because you have SQL Standard 2005, you could use the Import and Export Wizard in SSIS to move the data.
