How Do You Manually add a Network Printer to a Print Server on Server 2003

Just setup a print server. Tried to add our network printers in. I did the auto scan to have Windows look for the network printers but it did not find them because they are on a different subnet and the wizard only looks for network printers on the subnet local to the server.

How do I get these network printers added into the Print Management console so I can advertise them in AD?

in add printer wizard select local...then select create a new port then select standard tcp/ip port and give its ip address...
Install the printer as a local printer. When the system askes you for the port where the printer is installed, select custom TCP/IP port, then create a new port using the ip address of the printer.
Try that first and let us know.
