Outlook received date showing up as "None".

I am having a similar problem with the received date showing up as "None".

Both cached and non-cached mode.
We tried deleting user's profile and recreated one, but still no luck.

Yes, I can view emails through OWA and from my outlook.
The problem arises whenever we are log in with her user account.

I had a similar problem and found that messages for one user would not display properly under the "Messages" view, but would display under "Messages with AutoPreview." To resolve the issue I went to View > Arrange By > Current View > Define View then selected Messages and clicked the Reset button.
You may also want to try just removing the colum from Outlook and then adding back in.  Worked for me
