Problems converting Word 2007 doc to Adobe PDF

I am having some issues when I convert a Word 2007 document to Adobe PDF, using Adobe Standard.  I have a new Dell Optiplex 755, running windows xp professional 32bit.  I created a 20 or so page document in Word 2007 and then converted it into Adobe PDF.  The document appeared on my desktop like I asked it to without any errors given; however, when I open that PDF file, some of the information is missing.  I tried the conversion again, and again no error messages, and again there is information missing, but this time its missing different information and contains the information that was missing the first time.  Sometimes it just misses one sentence or a few lines (instead having just blank space where the information should exist).  Sometimes it misses a whole paragraph and even entire pages.  I am totally lost here.  Any suggestions?

Even in Adobe standard You should have Adobe  PDF printer, just print Your file in there - You'll get PDF from Your word

Some of these documents contain hyperlinks, images, signatures, headers, and footers.  Will i loose any functionality by printing to Adobe PDF, or using the microsoft tool?

using the Microsoft add-in, I can publish to PDF with PDF bookmarks created from my headings and cross-references retained as PDF links.
Thanks guys, this works for what I need it to.
That's not a solution, that's a temporary fix.  Zero points.
