Incoming Emails not making to individual mailbox

We are running Exchange 2003 and I am having a problem with just one of our employees.  For some reason some external emails coming in for him do not make it to his mailbox.  Some of the failed emails generate the error message included but some dont generate any..  I can track them through sytem manager and see that if there multiple recipients, the othere recieve thier copy but he does not for some reason.

not got any restrictions on the users mailbox?  size limits ?
He is definently not receiving them? Can you do an advanced find from the root of the mailbox (Mailbox - Username)?
