Recipient address rejected: No such domain

I have a user that has been receiving email just fine since November '07 until last week, senders are receiving bounce backs from their mail servers with this message:

-----Original Message-----
From: postmaster@xxxsheriff.com [mailto:postmaster@xxxsheriff.com]
Sent: Wednesday, February 27, 2008 3:41 PM
To: Dxxx Xxxx
Subject: Undeliverable Mail
Unknown user: xxxxxxx@XXXXXX.NET
RCPT TO generated following response:
550 <xxxxxxx@XXXXXX.NET>: Recipient address rejected: No such domain
at this location (xxxxxxx@XXXXXX.net)
Original message follows.
Received: from exchange1.ccso.internal [172.xx.xx.175] by xxxxsheriff.com
with ESMTP

I am on a different domain and can email her, she can also send email to the people that are receiving bounce backs when sending to her, they just cannot send to her.

There is no spam filter in place, straight up Exchange 2003 was rolled out in November 07, antivirus is up to date. We are now up to five senders that cannot send to this user.

Yes, other users on that domain are able to send and receive, I am able to send to her as well. That domain is not blacklisted and MX records are OK. We just have a handfull of outside senders that cannot send to the one person, she is receiving all email I send to her (from a different domain).

The issue is still outstanding, I'm just sick of getting emails from EE telling me I have this open
