How can I create a multi-select drop down field on a web form that collapses and expands when clicked?

I am trying to create a multi-select drop down field on a registration form using
Lotus Notes version R5. I can get a multi-select field to work, but it stays expanded.
How can I create one that will collapse? I am trying to save real estate on the form.
This is a web application.

Thanks all.

I figured it out. I have to use an editable diaglog list with "allow multiple values".
Then I have to put [<SIZE=5>] in the help description to shrink the field to 5
or whatever number. SIZE=0 or 1 will not work either.

Hope this helps someone else in the future.

Your solution will work. I've had to use it in the past. I was, however
looking for a better one that I've used before. My old gray matter finally
squeezed it out.
I had to use an editable diaglog list with "allow multiple values".
Then I have to put [] in the help description to shrink the field to 5
or whatever number. SIZE=0 or 1 will not work either.
This is a better way and the user does not have to submit after each
selection to add it to a list.
Thanks for your help and God bless!
