Outlook calendar not showing correct info, Webmail and othes view calendar fine

I have one user with problems viewing her calendar in Outlook.

Her calendar does not show appts, meetings, etc in the Day/Week/Month view, but they do show under other views (active appts, reoccurring meetings)

If I look at the Customize settings, no filters are set.

If you add an entry, an appt for example, the subject shows the time entered followed by the subject (12:28 Test Appt) .  When we enter appts/mtgs, there is normally no time stamp added.

I removed her Exchange profile and added it back as well as removed and reinstalled Outlook, but she still has the same result.

Outlook Web Access shows correctly, other users can see her calendar correctly, so the Exchange 2000 server seems to have the data correctly.

I had her try a 2nd computer and after setting the Exchange server and mailbox info, she got an error before she opened her calendar.

"Outlook could not update your local calendar"  This was not her regular PC, but should be running the same version and is on the same network.

I'm wondering if there may be corrupt OST/PST files on her PC.  That wouldn't explain the error message on the 2nd PC, but that may be a different issue.

Thanks for any help - Dale

ASKER

The user is on a dedicated workstation that isn't using offline files.  She has no OST file I can find in the usual areas.

When I get a chance, I'm going to have her log into Outlook 2003 and use the <Reset> current view option.  Hopefully, this will reset something.
