Error Accessing AzMan Policy Store

Hi guys and gals,

My ASP.NET app uses Active Directory for authentication, and an AzMan policy store for authorization.
I can connect to both, and if I use a SQL role provider for authorization, all is fine.
But when I switch to my ADRoleProvider, I get the follwing error message upon log-in:
---------------------------
Unable to update the password. The value provided as the current password is incorrect. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8007052B)]

[TargetInvocationException: Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation.]
System.RuntimeType.InvokeDispMethod(String name, BindingFlags invokeAttr, Object target, Object[] args, Boolean[] byrefModifiers, Int32 culture, String[] namedParameters) +0
---------------------------
I'm guessing that it's a permissions issue.  I've added Network Service as an Admin of the policy store I'm trying to work with, but no joy.
Is there another account that needs access to AzMan, or do you think it's something else?
TIA!

Steve

Thanks for trying to help, Tornado.  That link was very informative.

I need to give permissions to a Windows Server 2003 (Web Edition) web server that is not part of the AD domain, in much the same way as I might have to grant AD access to a Linux server.  Can you give me some guidance in that area?

Thanks again for your help.
Thanks for the points!  Regarding your second question, my primary area of expertise is ASP.NET, I just happened to have similar problem with AzMan, you would be better off asking about your Windows Server 2003 outside of the domain as a separate question.

Have a nice weekend!
