Netscape 7.0 profile problem

I have a user that gets an error message when he tries logging into Netscape. It keeps asking him to create a new profile. Everytime he creates a profile, he can log in for that session but everytime he logs out and back in, he has to create a new profile again. This error message appears: "Netscape 7.0 cannot use the profile "default" because the directory containing the profile cannot be found. Please choose another profile or create a new one".

Thanks, you might want to mention to your user that Netscape will no longer be supported or developed any further so if he/she really likes it they could look at Seamonkey, which is a derivative of it and very similar. It is active and being updated occasionally by Mozilla.
