Connecting to an ICA Citrix session does not display my printers, using simplified printing client v2.5

We have 6 citrix servers setup for a load balance to access an application. when I login to the app and try to print something I don't see the printers that I have installed.  We use the simplified printing client from Tricerat, Inc. it is the tool that would map our local (user) printer to the citrix session. When we connect the local printers are mapped to the citrix session. normally we can login locally to the citrx server and see the mapped printers as 'username:printer name' (under printers and faxes). When I connect I only see other user sessions but not mine. This is happeninng to another user too. I've removed the ctx client, the printing client and same deal.  I"ve restarted the printer spool on both the server and my computer, no luck. I checked the servers with the issues (locally under printer and faxes)  I noticed tha the mapped user/printers was short), after the print spool restart the list increased but not my name or the other user's name and logged to the ctx session again and no luck. We keep getting the same list of mapped users on that specific server.  pls advise.

It sounds like one of 2 things: bad drivers or local security policy issues.  For drivers, you should remove any PCL6 drivers and map them to more compatible ones.  I suggest using built-in drivers that show up in the driver list when you go to add new ones.  Also, host-based drivers should be avoided; here is an HP compatibility list: http://h71028.www7.hp.com/ERC/downloads/4AA0-8465ENW.pdf

For policy, I suggest creating a new OU for all Terminal Servers.  From the properties of the OU you created, enable "Block Inheritance".  You can also create a new user policy that turns on Loopback Processing with Replace.  There are specific rights the Citrix services need but when joined to a domain, they are often overwritten by upstream, domain policy.

Let me know if this helps.

Thank you BLipman, I belive we have solved the issue. the simplified printing client from Tricerat is having issues with the ICA connectinos in general. We found out that this issue had happend about a year ago. We are pretty much waiting for the solution from Tricerat..thanks again...
Well, that was not the case.  the SPC is working fine. but the issue continues. I just added a new computer to the network freshly installed citrix client and SPC and it has the same issue.  could this be some permission issue?
