filemaker installation problem

i get this error when i turn on iwp.
do you know what to do?
i use  osx 10.5 server advanced 9.

yes
> is the internal firewall turned off?
they let fm server port open.
> is apache running correctly before you start fm server?
yes
> Have you corrected permissions with Disk Utility?
yes
> Is this a fresh install or was it working an then quit?
i uninstalled server 9v2 and installed 9v3
> Can you log into the server with the admin client?
yes.
how do i uninstall iwp server and install again?
how do i stop it first?

do you think uninstaller can uninstall server 9 advanced and iwp completely?
i feel still something there after uninstallation.

it's located in /lib/filemaker, etc...
