Can you please elaborate. In SBS all this id done internally for you. Please tell us exactly what you want to achieve.

He cleary wants to use the same URL internally for webmail as his users use externally (I say clearly but I really mean I think). Using a DNS CNAME will achieve this..
You can just go to the companyweb > remote email.
If you  know DNS , CNAME is a way to go. But don't play around with the SBS DNS too much...it will bite you.

I want users to use webmail.mycompany.com insted of mail.mycompany.com/exchange or webmail.mycompany.com/exchange, when accessing OWA from outside. webmail.myconpany.com and mail.mycompany.com point at the same ipadress.

You will need to use DNS then to forward this.
In fact you'll need to get you ISP or whoever hosts your domain name to do the DNS changes externally.
Think the solution is this.
Setup a new website in iis and give it the hostheader webmail.mycompany.com choose some temp directory for home directory, go to properties for the site and choose to redirect the site to mail.mycompany.com/exchange
