Access ADP Database Connection

We have 20 sites that use the same version of our Access ADP file. They all have there own SQL servers. We do a weekly update with changes and at the moment we have to log in to that site open the adp file and change the Server Connection. We use Windows login so we dont need to change anything else except for the server name where the SQL database is. Is there a better way of doing this? So i dont have to change the server name 20 times a week? can i make it look at a XML file for the server details?
Also this is then put on client pcs at that site so they need to be able to see that server,

If you are doing some sort of data replication/backup you could set up a scheduled job on the remote SQL servers to call in to the main server once a week without dealing with Access at all.

If that isn't what you are doing then I don't understand what you are trying to do.
