How do I delete 10GB exchange mails via outlook web access?

Hi,

We have exchange 2003 SP2 server and its database size reached to 79GB. So sometimes information store hang and takes a long time to restart.

There are a few user mail boxes that need to clear up the unnecessary mails. Administrator mailbox is one of them. It has over 800 thousand spam mails and we cannot delete or access via outlook.

Is there any faster way to delete that amount of emails rather than using Outlook web access (100 mails/ page)?

we have tried exmerge utilities to get the mails to .pst file, it didn't work even though job successfully finish without having errors.

Please also advice the best and fast way to delete user mailboxes (each has between 5 - 11 GB). We can access users mailbox via Outlook. Archiving into .pst via outlook is one way to do, but it will take time. Is there any better way?

Thank you!

I don't have OWA 2003 any more (only 2007), but you may be able to use OWA to create a rule to do what you require.  Assuming that there is an option to run them immediately, like there is in Outlook.
