How to Setup MX Record for our SBS Email

We have recently installed a SBS 2003 server.

We have a domain name  domain.com that is hosted by a web host.  We have a fixed IP address from our ISP.

I want to name our SBS server sbs.domain.com, and have the MX Record point to that.  What are all the steps that I need to do to achieve this?

Right now, I have asked our web host to change the MX Record to sbs.domain.com, and (apparently) we have a CNAME that points sbs.domain.com -> domain.dyndns.org (which records our IP address).

Recently, we started a DNS Alert subscription that says the MX Record should not point to a CNAME, so what do I do to get it all correct?

you simply click on the link of add new host, you enter sbs as hostname and the fix IP address with it. Then you click add MX (mail exchanger) then you type the full name of your sbs, sbs.domain.com.
Make sure to remove the CNAME
Thanks very much.  I have finally gotten it sorted out.
