Windows 2003 Intel network card teaming

Basically i have a bunch of servers that are connected to one HP Procurve switch. If the switch fails, I am SOL. If the network port on the server fails, I am SOL. What I would like to do is introduce another HP Procurve switch, and plug in the 2nd network port of the servers into this.

Now both HP Procurve switches would be connected to the same CIsco router.

Here's my question.
If one of the HP Procurve switches fail, or one NIC fails on a server, it will utilize the other nic. Obviously each nic has it's own IP bound to it. This is going to affect DNS, UNC, etc. How do we get around this?

Example
server 1
    nic 1 - 10.1.1.1 mybox.server.net
    nic 2 - 10.1.1.2

is there a way to bind a DNS in windows AD to 2 ip addresses? can we bind the 2 NICs on a server with the same IP and do load balancing?

please advise. thanks
