Need to disable Shift + F1 in Windows

I have a user who has an application that requires they use the key combination Shift + F1.  The problem is that this is also a Windows shortcut for some sort of "help" option.  I need to disable this in Windows so that my user can use her program correctly.  Any suggestions?

Thanks

Hmmmmmmm......well.....it looks like that would be good for turning off or changing the function.  The problem is that I still need the key combo to work....just turn that particular option off in windows.  If I turn off or change Shift + F1 it wil get rid of that combo in Windows but unfortunately it will do the same thing in the program they are trying to use.

Hmmmm good call rindi.  you're right...it doesnt appear to be a WINDOWS shortcut key but it does look like an internet explorer shortcut.  Let me see if I can pin this down further.
Welp....it looks like there really isn't a way.  I called the company who runs this OTHER software that I am trying to get it to work and they have a work around....thanks for your help guys.
