GoDaddy: Meta Tags & Key Words

Hi:
I have just put together a basic website using 'GoDaddy/WebSite Tonight' for a Holiday Rental Cottage.

In WebSite Tonight how do I put in Search Words:
For example do I do this: "Holiday Cottage Holiday Rental Rent a Cottage West Cork Holiday Rentals"  or do I put commas or semicolons in to seperate the expressions; or do I just type in each word once, for example: Cottage, Rent, Holiday?

Also, How do I enter Meta Tags?

Finally, is it worth signing up to Traffic Blazer?

In regard to your final question, it is only worth signing up for a service to help you with SEO if you have a long term approach to optimizing your site.  IMO, services like this can really help you but you need to do your homework on SEO first to see if a service like Trail Blazer fits your plan of attack.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
it should be
name="keywords"
omitting the s just makes this whole tag to be ignored
Good catch... my bad.  Appropriate code attached.
<title>title as you want it to appear to search engines</title>
<meta name="description" content="keyword rich description of the page" />
<meta name="keywords" content="keywords separated by commas" />
</head>
