Netmeeting 2.1 error on a terminal server

I have a Windows Server 2003 terminal server, and every user that logs in now gets this error message:

"Microsoft Netmeeting 2.1 has been removed from this computer. Do you want to clean up your personalized settings for this program?"

I have no idea why it started popping up as we don't use Netmeeting, but whether I click ""Yes" or "No" with Admin rights it still pops up at each login.  Even when I recreate a profile it does the same thing upon each login.

I can't find any resolutions thus far.  It seems more an annoyance than anything.

Maybe the port has something to do with it. The IP port for netmeeting 2.0 is port 389. The IP port for Terminal server is 3389.
I would do a registry search for netmeeting and find out what port was assigned for netmeeting to start up upon being stimulated.
