Exchange 2007 not receiving Email

Just migrated from Exchange 2000 to Exchange 2007.  Installation went well, mailboxes moved successfully, added the Send Connector, and remove the 2000 Exchange server.  It's a single server setup, and I changed my Firewall rules to direct mail to the new server, but it is not receiving, or at least not processing new email.  

I use a hosted Spam solution, that has excellent logs, so I know messages are making it to the Exchange server, but I have no idea what's happening after that.  I attempted to use the Message Tracking from the Toolbox in the management console, but it could not find any of the incoming messages I sent as tests.

This is my first '07 server, and I don't even know where to begin looking.
