Can not remove spyware

I have some sort of spyware that is causing Internet Explorer after you open it for the first time to open window after window of ads that causes the compter to crawl along. I have tried all the regular spyware removal tools that I have seen mentioned on many of these replies. But nothing has worked. I have run Hijackthis the result is below If anyone can take a look at it and tell me what you think.

Thanks

Or remove these manually:
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [0c190a7c] rundll32.exe "C:\WINDOWS\system32\bvslmwjo.dll",b
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [BM0f2a39e0] Rundll32.exe "C:\WINDOWS\system32\nvgdecuc.dll",s
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [ISMPack6] "C:\Program Files\ISM2\ISMPack6.exe"
You can try via add/remove and uninstall "ISM2" if listed there.
Those 2 04 entries are conhook, hijackthis can't remove them on its own while infection is active.
You need Combofix for that, or Vundofix.exe(Combofix is the best tool for vundo/conhook)
Also finally download CCleaner to clean your registry and check your startup programs. It will also help you in removing temporary files. FYI this is a freeware but worthy one.
Download ad-aware, and run it in safe mode with no not network connections and it should get the sypware.

I went and just wiped the computer clean and reintalled XP. Thank you for the replys though
smuldowney,

Did you try any of the recommendations given first? Particularly the one given by rpggamergirl? Combofix would have dealt with this very nicely. It is very effective in removing these infections.
