Could you explain in a little more detail?
There's not much to detail, but:
1. Plug the cable that come with your router into the console port of the router and connect it to the Comm port of your computer.
2. Open Hyperterminal or some other terminal program. set it to 9600 baud.
3. Ht the enter key and log into the router using whatever user name and/or password you have configured.
4. Type "enable" and enter the Enable password for administrative access.
5. Type "erase start" and make sure you accept the warning and continue.
6. Type "show config" and it should say that NVRAM is empty.
7. Power cycle the router.
8. When it comes back, it will be like a new router.
i dont ahve the username and password? how do i do it then a factory reset?
