Simple but annoying

I have a Dell PowerEdgel 2850 and the alarm is going off.  I know what the issue is but have to wait until it can be resolved.  In the meantime, the alarm is getting really annoying.  How do I turn it off?

unplug the internal speaker from the motherboard?
what is the problem? - if it is a RAID issue e.g. a failing/failed drive in the RAID, then you need to reboot the server and when it is coming up with the BIOS messages look for the RAID controller posting and then go into the configuration.  You should be able to silence the alarm in there.

If the problem is something other - can you let us know what?

If OS is windows install Dell Server Administrator.
Alarms can be silenced or disable from that app.

the problem is that it's looking for a raid array that's not there (it's used to be there but now it's on a different server)
Is Dells Server Administrator installed?
No, we use Dell Open Manage.  I don't see anything called Dell Server Administrator.
