Need to creat a shared inbox that automatically forwards received messages to separate accounts without using outlook rules (don't want to stay logged into profile)

We've received a request to set up a shared inbox (for four users). The owner just wants the ability to access the inbox. She wants the other 3 users to receive a forward of each received message (so they aren't required to check the inbox daily). I've set up plenty of shared mailboxes before that has allowed users to access and send from one address, but I'm not quite sure how to go about setting up automatic forwarding to the other 3 recipients. I thought about creating an outlook profile and a rule that would automatically forward all received messages to the specified other 3 users, but I think this would require an active instance of outlook to be running at all times inorder to run the rule (I could be wrong though). Does anyone have any suggestions on how to create such a share?

Running Exchange server 2003 with outlook 2003.

Set up a distribution list for the other 3 recipients in AD Users and Computers.  You can then go into the main users settings in AD users and Computers->User->Exchange General->Delivery Options then set a forward to the recipient distribution list AND to the original recipient...

Hope this helps

Both options worked, but I used the 2nd, so I had to split the points.

Thanks for all the speedy replies!
