Registry Inheritance

Server 2003
AD Integrated

I have a machine that I add to my domain.  I go in as Domain Admin and make changes to several registry keys: I add specific domain users and give them full permissions.  I uncheck Inherit Policy&.block policy&.

I log in as one of the users and Inherit Policy is checked.

There is NO group policy that is being enforced that accesses or mentions the registry.   What could be causing this action?

Group policy applies to many sections of the registry - for instance domain security policy.  What keys are you trying to change permissions for?

What keys are you trying to change permissions for? - That's not an issue here.  The fact that Inherit Policy... is checked after domain user logs in.

I've done GPResult, RSOP and nothiing is checking these keys.
