How to Query Archive.org for domain results?

I would like to query Archive.org for results in the WayBack Machine, then be able to see how many results are found.
Example Query:
http://web.archive.org/web/*/google.com
I need to see how many results are returned.

Thanks,

Brad

You can use an HttpWebRequest, and then parse the HTML result to look for what you need.  If you think that is a good idea, I can help you down that road.

That would be perfect. I am usingthis to query Google, however Archive.org is PHP so I was unsure of how to do this...

Thanks!
Pseudo-code

1) Create a web request

2) Get the response from the web server for a specified URL

3) Get the HTML text from the response

4) Parse the HTML, using the Microsoft.mshtml namespace.
