Finding old Outlook Express emails

I had to reinstall  XP onto his D drive, where my previous XP installation was on C: The C: drive installation wouldn't boot. I didn't format the C: drive, so it is untouched in that respect. I am trying to find my Outlook Express emails on C: and cannot find them.  I cannot seem to find the *.dbx files that represent the Outlook Express emails. How can i find my outlook express emails in this scenario ??

Try searching for the dbx files after you have change the folder options to "show hidden files & folders".

You should be able to locate them yourself by navigating to: C:\Documents and Settings\?username?\Local Settings\Application Data\Identities\?identity?\Outlook Express. ?username? is your user name and ?identity? is your identity folder, if you have multiple identities there will be more than 1 folder.
