How to replace Mirror Drives

I am working on a Dell PowerEdge 2500 Server that is about 7 years old.  It has mirrored hot-swappable 36 gig Seagate ST336605LC SCSI Drives.  One drive has failed completely and I need to replace it and think that I should really replace both.  What is the best approach to do this?  Do I really need Matched drives?  I am not sure if I can even get this same drive anymore?  Would I replace one and rebuild the mirror and then replace the other and rebuild again?  How would I migrate to larger drives?

This server has hardware Raid controllers using Adaptec PERC 3/DI Controllers and is running Microsoft SBS 2000.  It has 8 front loading drive bays.

Dell has a video on this process and I will study that and the other help documents that they have on the subject.  Let me see if I have this correct,  you do not need the same size drive to rebuild the mirror?  Actually speed or space is not really an issue with this company.  They have 4 users and have plenty of space and speed.  So could I just install the 74 gig drive and leave it as is?

Thank you for your information.  I have used Partition Magic and Acronis Disk manager often on single Desktop PATA and SATA drives, but never on Servers with Raid or SCSI drives.  I will check with Dell and also check with them so see if I can just pickup replacement 36gig drives, replace both and be  done with it.  This client plans on replacing the server as soon as SBS 2008 comes out and has had a few months to work the bugs out.

So to just replace both drives with the same size hard drive, I would replace the damaged one first and rebuild the mirror and then replace the second one and rebuild again? YES?

Thank you... I will let you know how it goes.
Well I am stuck at the first step.  The dell manual say to click on start > Programs > Dell Open Manage Applications. Dell Open Manage was never installed.
I am now tryihg to download and install Dell Open Manage. Can I not just rebuild the mirror at the Ctrl A during boot.
I would use Dell OpenManage over SCSI Select interface any day.  It is worth waiting for the download IMHO.

I am having trouble idntifying the correct download,  Dell has a whole pile of downloads under OpenManager.  I installed one on Friday and it did not include anything for drive management.

Thanks,  I will try that.
Update,  I have decided to pay Dell to walk me through the process, so I will be doing this probably next weekend and will keep you posted.
Thank you for you help
