Filezilla, SFTP - "Unknown Host Key"

I set up an SFTP site on a client's server using SSHWindows.  The setup is pretty much complete, except I'm getting the following message when I try to use the Filezilla client: "Unknown Host Key -- The server's host key is not cached in the registry.  You have no guarantee that the server is the computer you think it is..."  I've attached a screen-shot of the message (with key values obscured).  Here's my question - Is the value "bc:9f:ca:5b..." the site's public key, some kind of digital signature, or something else?

Does my client share this value with individuals connecting to their SFTP site, allowing them to verify the veracity of the SFTP server?
