Terminating an active RDP session. Receiving "The terminal server has exceeded the maximum number of connections"

How can I end active RDP sessions remotely? Is there a utility or a command I can run to kill active RDP sessions? I get the following:

"The terminal server has exceeded the maximum number of connections". This is on a Windows Server 2003 std server that allows the default 2 RDP admin connections.

Thanx!

Is there a way to view/kill open RDP sessions in the cygwin bash in an OpenSSH session?
