URL Link to Spry Tabbed Panel

A page, "latest.php", for example, contains Spry Tabbed Panels. The aim is to provide links to the individaul panels instead of only the first when the page loads.
A panel is typically set up as:
<li class="TabbedPanelsTab" tabindex="0"><span id="Pax" onclick="recordVisit('Pax');">Passengers</span></li>

I'm a bit unclear as to your question here.  I have several php scripts that use spry tabbed panels, but don't really know what you're asking?

Is this enough info for what you're after?  I'm glad to provide more if you need more.
I certainly do object to this question being closed without awarding points.  I don't understand why Premium service members who have unlimited points to give withdraw their questions over a month after they ask, without ever having even corresponded.  It's a waste of expert's time to deal with the kind of Asker who does this.

Not only this, but I have extensive experience using Spry tabbed panels.  I've built PHP classes that interact with them, and have several applications that use them.  I'm confident I gave the asker the correct information between question ID #21064201 and #21064251.

If the asker doesn't wish to award points for my efforts and for giving solutions that would have worked, all even despite never having done more to interact about this question, fine.  But it's unfortunate we have this type of person asking questions on EE.  And it's unfortunate that -- if the asker doesn't understand the error of behaving this way and interact more reasonably -- other experts are going to waste their time answering questions for someone like this.
