Salesforce plug-in (Send and Add) Drafts folder issue.

Several of my clients are having issues with Outlook 2003/2007 and Salesforce Plugins.

When responding to emails, they click Send and Add to upload there emails into the salesforce program.

Several of these emails seem to end up in the drafts folder and never move. Opening the emails and clicking 'Send' eventually transmits them.

Initially I thought this to be a salesforce plugin issue but it did not occur before our migration. The clients went from an inhouse exchange soltion to a hosted exchange off-site using RPC over HTTP.

Could this just be a connection issue where the emails are queued up per day and somehow do not transport because a lack of connection to exchange.

They demand answers so I inquire the experts :)
