MS Access VBA ODBC to oracle connection using Microsoft driver for Oracle

Hi,
I have an access application that contains tables linked to an Oracle database. The ODBC driver I must use is the Microsoft ODBC for Oracle. When i sue the attached code to connect to Oracle, I get the message that the "Provider not found, may not be properly installed..." Can you help

Thanks. That was a good solution. I no longer get the provider error, but I am still being prompted for my userid and password, which I was trying to get rid of.
I put my code just before a bunch of statements that open queries which include the Oracle tables (eg. DoCmd.OpenQuery "qryAppendNewVolunteersCUR").

Can you tell me why the connection string is not getting rid of those prompts
