Exchange Message Forwarding Filter problem
We currently have Exchange 2003 and are using Contacts in Active Directory to forward email to users personal accounts. For example I have a user that wants to have all of his emails copied to his local account and then also forwarded to his msn.com email address. So we set up the Contact with his personal email and forward mail to that Contact.
Now our email filtering service has made some changes to its service and will not accept any emails that don't have the header that match our domain. So when we are forwarding it blocks it and gives me the error.
Is there a way around this in Exchange or Active Directory?

Did you speak to them then?

I did speak to them. They said that the emails do not have the correct header, mydomain.org, and they will not forward these messages unless they do. I do not know how to add the correct header to Contact created in Active Directory.
Force accepted.
