Missing a DNS zone/ LDAP stuff

I have a server that can't be rebuilt right now due to critical testing for an upcoming release.  This server was isolated in its own domain but now we are adding a second server.  I can't add the second server to the domain because the first server which holds all FSMO role's and manages DNS doesn't have the records in DNS  for _ldap._tcp.pdc._msdcs.<DnsDomainName>, _ldap._tcp.gc._msdcs.<DnsForestName>
or any of the other ones that give the demographic information of active directory to clients.

How can I get around this?  Can I just create the zone and records mirroring the what it looks like in another AD/DNS server I have in a different domain?  Thanks in advance.
