Email sending issue only when replying to emails in outlook 2007 / exchange in SBS 2003

A client has asked us to fix a problem when replying to emails, she said she cant reply to emails.

After doing some remote access support i actually found out that she can reply to emails when using her own laptop in her windows logon using outlook 2007.

Now things get strange.....

I shared her inbox and other folders to another user called accounts, When she goes and uses the other laptop logged on as accounts she can open outlook and see the accounts inbox and other folders and also her own inbox, it looks like this...

Mailbox - Accounts

Mailbox - Jane Blogs
-- Inbox

Now she said that if she selects an email in her own inbox and hits reply, that the after a few seconds they come back with an error like so

I have double and triple checked all the permission in the folder sharing and AD users n computers

To confuse me even more, i did absolutely nothing special here in the IT workshop, i shared my inbox to a college and said, ok reply to that email from the supplier with "thanks" and see what happens... it works fine!  Sigh. Whats wrong here ?

Thanks Mate, i will try that today and click the accept button if it works. (if this is the fix that would explain why we cant replicate the issue in-house, me and my college are both domain admins.)
I tried using this fix however it did not work. Are there any other known issues that cuase this ?
