Migrating of old email naming convention and Creating of email

Hi guys. I need advise on this.

Firstly I am using exchange 2007.

I intend to propose to my boss of changing the email convention to Firstname.Lastname@xxx.com
Previous system was username@xxx.com
This would make our company more professional

I know that I can create another email under mailbox properties under "Email addresses" and set that as "Set Reply"

This would migrate my old email from username@xxx.com to Firstname.Lastname@xxx.com

Is there an auto reply feature when sent to the old email stating that I have changed email address to Firstname.Lastname@xxx.com

Also is it possible to autogenerate email name (Firstname.Lastname@xxx.com) whenever a user is created in AD?

I am using Windows server 2003 and Exchange 2007. Thanks
