asked on

accessing OWA via DNSALIAS

Hi, I have set up exchange and IIS on a 2003 server and internally OWA works without a problem, I have since tried to out it on the web, i have registered the domain as a dnsalais, but when i log into the alias I get the router setup screen, and when i attach the /exchange on the end of the domain it says not found, is there a dns setting on the router i am missing?

thanks

Dale

Hi,

thanks for the points. Take a look here:https://www.experts-exchange.com/questions/23122213/Port-Forwarding.html

Maybe that helps you out!
Michael, i can't thank you enough, really you have saved me hours today :)
Micheal, i can now see the exchange login when i access via dnsalias, but no matter what username/psw it wont let me log in, but it works internally via a web page directly to the ip address/exchange.

any thoughts
