Font (Arial) not properly registered on the system

I am trying to run a Professor Teaches tutorial that is installed on my computer and it pops up and says:

A required font (Arial) is not properly registered on this system.

I know Arial is installed, i can use it in Word, and other programs.

What could cause this?

The fisrt thing I would try is re-run office setup and choose the repair option.  If that doesnt work I can walk you through manually readding the font....
Can you send me some details on the  " Professor Teaches tutorial " is it Java based?  It may be trying to use a version of ARIAL that actaully isnt installed on your system.

Well i've repaired the office installation, as well as manually removing and installing the font you sent me, hollecar.

Still does not work. I don't have the actual install disk for this tutorial, i just have the files from a computer that had it installed, so i'm guessing it has it's own variation of Arial that it adds to the computer when you run the installer.

Thanks for the suggestions!
