Terminal Services Licensing server - urgent!

We have a Citrix server farm.  The Terminal Services licensing server runs Windows 2000 server and was in a Windows NT domain.  The server has now been migrated to a Windows 2003 domain.

The Terminal Services licenses seem to have dissapeared.  When I open Terminal Services licensing, it says "No Terminal Services Licensing server can be found in this domain".

Does anyone know what could cause this?  Does the TS licensing server need to be on a domain controller in a Windows 2003 domain?

Have you change the name of the server?

It doesnt need to be on a domain controller.

No, the server name hasn't changed.
Do you need to reactivate the server now that its in a new domain?
And has the licensing service started?
A I'll bet with the domain change the logon account doesnt work anymore, check that and correct it if need be.
