Looking for OWASP Training Course. Please help me find a few good links

I am looking for information on an OWASP training course.  I am hoping someone out there can either reccomend one, or, help me find one online.  I'm looking to see how the course is laid out, subject matter(ideally by day) ,Etc..

Just a few good links would rock!

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

manf, can you find anymore?  I like those, but, I don't like the course description.  Can you find a different description for the same outline?  I'm looking to basically write a blurb for a training course.

In other words, I want to use:
       Unvalidated Parameters *
       Broken Access Control *
Broken Account and Session Management *
       Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) Flaws *
       Buffer Overflows *
       Command Injection Flaws *
       Error Handling Problems *
       Insecure Use of Cryptography *
       Denial of Service *
Web and Application Server Misconfiguration *
       Poor Logging Practices
       Caching, Pooling, and Reuse Errors
       Code Quality
* The OWASP Top Ten Most Critical Web Application Vulnerabilities

But need something high level desribing the course...  wihch will be based on the above.  Can you help?
