How to navigate to a different page within an Internet Explorer doc with Frames using VBA

My VBA code contains the following line which opens up Internet Explorer.

        Set ie = New InternetExplorer
        ie.Navigate "http://nafta1.pro.intra/brd/TT/FieldCrops/" & strYear & "/ProtInit/Frame.htm"

This page has a "main" frame and a "border" frame.

Question:  Using VBA, How do I change the contents of the "Main" frame to point to a URL for a different page?

Jan,

Thanks.  That works great.  What would be the equivalent of

Set txt = ie.Document.body.createTextRange()
bFound = txt.findText(strCurrentProtocolName)

in order to search text within this frame?
