Migrating from sendmail to Exchange. Need to forward to sendmail for users not migrated.

I'm going to move users from sendmail to  Exchange one at a time. As I create the Exchange mailbox, I will set their Sendmail account to forward to user@temp.domain.com which will be a secondary address for my exchange users.

When the Exchange user sends to non-migrated users, I need Exchange to send the email over to sendmail. Both servers are in house.

How do I set the Exchange 2007 server to forward user@domain.com to Sendmail when it doesn't find a mailbox for the person? I've done it long ago on an Exchange 2003, but would like to save the trial and error time by having someone do a step 1, step 2, step 3 for me.

Thanks,

Yes you can make that configuration. i thought that you whanted to migrate the users .
You can have multiple domains configured in same exchange.
