Migrating Users (profile and Outlook Settings) to a new Forest and domain

I work for a company that has a dozen offices located in the United States, Europe and Canada. We are currently planning to migrate all of our offices into a single forest consisting of two domains. Building the forest and domains seems easy enough, but I have some concerns about the migration of user settings on workstations. The ADMT tools appear to be the tool of choice to move users, groups, and computers. What is the best way to migrate users Outlook 2003 settings? We run Exchange 2003, and I will have 1000 users to migrate, so I need an automated process.

your most automated way using native tools is to enable roaming profiles, SID history and migration with ADMT and then reloading the profiles - thats what i had to do anyway - Quest have a few tools for domain migration but it costs...

Thanks for the feedback. I think the Office 2003 Resource kit will do the trick.
