Hi all,

Thanks for the comments so far. I am gonna remove the Symantec product and replace it with something else. Don't know exactly what product I am gonna use. I am thinking about Kaspersky or Sophos. First I have to convince the customer though. Will report back to you (probably after the weekend)
Hi all,

Sorry for the delay. But here's an update on the situation. We removed the AV/AS software and we placed an e-mail appliance through which we route their e-mail now. So far no complaints. So I will close the question. Thanx for you help
