Global mailing list required for external contacts

Hi, I have a requirement to setup a mailing list for external contacts that is available to all our internal users.
I've stooged around for a while without luck. All our client PC's have at least outlook 2003, is there an easy way that I'm missing here?

fishadr, just to clarify, I've created contacts for all the external email addresses and created a dist group with an exchange email address. I've made a contact a member of the group but the email fails

 CN=xxx,OU=External Contacts,OU=Users,OU=MyBusiness,DC=xxxxxxxxx,DC=local on 11/03/2008 10:12
            The e-mail address could not be found.  Perhaps the recipient moved to a different e-mail organization, or there was a mistake in the address.  Check the address and try again.
            <sbserver.xxxxxx.local #5.1.0>

any ideas??
This could be a problem with your Global Address List not updating and downloading to your client. Can you force this or wait for it to update and then try again.

how long typically would that take?

I'm not omitting any other steps am I?
