Unable to install Windows 2003 Server, error no hard drives detected

I am trying to install windows 2003 server on an IBM X3200 series server with an LSI raid controller card. When I first turned on the computer I went into the LSI controller software and that setup saw the 4 750GB drives and I was able to setup the 4 drives to be a RAID 1E setup. Then I restarted and booted off the windows 2003 cd but during setup it was not able to find any hardrives. During BIOS the harddrive/s arent detected(not sure if they should be or not).  What I am doing wrong? It looks like BIOS/windows setup cant see the harddrives but the LSI software can detect them and let me setup the RAID array.

Thanks in advance.

I dont have a floppy drive on this new server, where do I get this driver?
you'll either need a USB floppy drive, or you need to slipstream the drivers into your windows 2003 server cd. The driver disk should come with your server. Or you can download it from IBM's web site.
i used the serverguide cd that came with the server which setup the unattended server install

thanks for your help
