Need help passing correct call in Flash CS3 Actionscript 2.0

Note: When I use the term flash video I am refering to a multimedia .FLV file playing.
When I refer to a flash movie I am refering to a FLA(swf) file.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I have an external video playing in my main Flash movie loaded with
----------
    loadMovieNum("engageVideo.swf",2);
----------
I also have a button in this movie that moves the playhead down one frame to preform the movie exit:
----------
mainMenuBtn.onRelease = function() {
      percent =100;
      seekTime = percent/100*FLVduration;
      seekTime = Math.round(seekTime*100)/100;
      stream_ns.seek(seekTime);
                  gotoAndPlay("s2"); //<<< moves the external video play head down for exit
};
----------
On this next frame labeled "s2" I have the following code:
----------
_root.onEnterFrame = function() {
      //loadMovieNum("/flash/music/music2.swf",1);
      loadMovieNum("music/music2.swf", 1);
      _level0.scroller.tm_popup.gotoAndPlay("s0");  //<<<Trying to close main flash window behind movie
      unloadMovieNum(2);

};
----------
* My problem is that I can't seem to get this window behind my externally loaded movie to close.
My question is... is there some code I can place in a button that is already on this page (that's behind my video) that is correctly closing it so I can see what that code is... or is there a way to use the Debugger to do this.... I really do not have any skills with the debugger.

I just need to close the window behind my flash video when the button in the video movie is pressed.

Help greatly appreciated.
