Best way to transfer tables between Sql Server and Tablet PC

Hi Export Experts,
I'm trying to figure out the best methos to transfer Sql Server tables between our server database and a tablet PC.  Is BCP or Bulk Copy better?  Can Sql Server Express on the tablet pass data back and forth?

Any adivce would greatly be appreciated.

Thank You,
Jim

I am pretty sure that bcp is the same thing as Bulk copy....stands for Bulk Copy Program

Thanks, I just starting to review how to do this so I'm in the learning curve stage right now.  It seems there would be many ways to do what I need.  But if I can avoid any stumbling blocks with some prior knowledge from someone who has done this would be helpfull.
You have SQL Server on your tablet PC, right?
Yes, Sql Server 2005.  However, if we could get away with Sql Server Express that would be cheaper for the customer and easier to sell on the idea of using a tablet.
As long as the computers are able to connect to each other and authenticate each other, you coudl use several different tools.  bcp or bulk insert would work, even regular TSQL INSERT statements would work.  Although, you couldn't use SSIS if you are using Express.

HTH,
Tim
Tim,
I was going to try using a TSQL INSERT statement.  First I wanted to delete any existing rows and got the following error, "Cannot truncate table 'building' because it is being referenced by a FOREIGN KEY constraint."  These are the things I need to know how to get around.  I think I've read today that bcp ignores these rules.  Is that correct?

Thanks,
Jim

I was told that bcp is out of the question.  We will have to use TSQL so we can watch each step and monitor it's status.  I'll have to truncate tables in the proper order so as not to trigger FOREIGN key errors.  If you have any other advice, feel free or else I'll accept your previous answer.
